Cool guppy colour:

Hey folks, I bought a guppy out of town that has colour like I have never seen. I can't find it anywhere on the internet either.

Basically he is a small delta tailed male that is half black with a shiny blue back and dark blue tail, but his front fins are BRIGHT yellow. His LIPS are bright yellow also, making him look like he is wearing lipstick LOL

Anyone ever heard of this before? I'm trying to find pics online.

He sounds beautiful thumbs2: his parents/ancestors may have had all those colours, or a recessive/latent gene has come through. A fish's scales are comprised of pigment cells, which determine the colouring.

That is one of the great things about guppies and why they are so popular....there are so many colour variants.
