Hello Fish Keepers

I am a beginner, I started in the hobby in May 2006 after reading the book "the simple guide to freshwater aquariums by David Boruchowitz". I have a 50 gallon community tank, a fish only tank, except for one half eaten java fern. And I am interested in planted tanks.
