I got a new flower shrimp yesterday. What I need to do to keep him healthy?

Keep your water pristine. Shrimp don't like dirty water or bad water parameters. And feed lightly, which helps with the pristine water conditions.
I've also read that they like things like spinach, kale and other veggies.

Bamboo shrimp are heavy filter feeders., meaning they get their food out of the current. So as long as the tank has some water movement, you can take an algae wafer and crumble it up into powder and toss into the tank. They will also forage for food (decaying plants/algae/other stuff) in the tank and on the glass. In this they do well in planted tanks,Sometimes if they find a good spot with good water movement, they will stay put and just feed there. If the bamboo shrimp seems to be foraging in the gravel a lot, it's a sign it's not getting enough from filter feeding. So it's actually good to have 'stuff' in the water column and not crystal clear in this case. A lot of times bamboo shrimp die off quickly because there is nothing in the water for them to feed on.

Mine's not moving anymore. It just stands there on my new plant with it's little filter claws closed.

Bamboo shrimp are filter feeders. They will find a spot with good current and stay there most of the time with thier 'fans' extended gathering food. They are not active shrimp. Mine will hide for about three to five days when it is moulting it's shell. I feed mine phytoplanket meant for saltwater inverts, crushed fish food and a few different frozen foods. If you see them picking for food off the ground it usually means that they are not getting anough food.

Give it some time. Don't do anything drastic yet, shrimp are very sensitive to changes.

That's about what the do. Sometimes the fans are out, sometimes they are not. They do not always filter food out of the current.

It died three days after anna's post. I stick to my original thought, it wasn't eating.

Sounds like your water quality may have been too clean. May not have had enough to feed off of in the water column.
