I was on another site and saw a really helpful idea. Much like the equipment reviews they had a section for online stores, such as azgardens.com, liveaquaria.com, and thatpetplace.com. People could post reviews much like we do for equipment only it was about how well the items were shipped and any problems they had with the service. I think this would be a great idea for our forum as well because there are several threads posted about "is this a good store to buy from?" or "i got horrible service from this store!". I think that it would help out first time buyers online make better decision and allow them to have a more pleasant experience.
