how do i get rid of this green algae its growing like crazy in one of my tanks

Your phosphates are probably too high. I'd run some phosphate remover in your filter, if you're not doing so already.

+1 on the phosphate remover and also reduce feeding. You can also get mexican turbo snails which love it but it needs to be trimmed down before they will eat it. Also manually remove as much as you can, a tooth brush really helps with this. I've learned derutis will build up in it when its long an actually fuel its growth. If you had a much larger tank I'd also recommend a rabbitfish. Ours loves hair algae
How old is you tank. Hair algae is part of the normal maturing process in a reef tank.
One more thing, what are you using for sand? I've learned the past in one of my older tanks silica sand will cause major algae problems
