Yet another thing I want now. They only get 1 cm long and will eat algae. Has anyone kept them or know much about them?

!!!

I have mild arachnophobia ... that thing made me cringe and scroll back up (blush)

That being said, it sounds neat, although I can definitely see it being a tasty snack to any fish larger than a small rasbora.

I've been wanting to order from that site for some time but haven't had the cash to spare. I've been looking at those like crabs for a while now.

I'd be worried about crushing or sucking them during gravel vacuums.

Here's a link to some pics, not a lot of info though. You could ask Darryl how he keeps his.

Thanks for the link toddnbecka. I won't be ordering them anytime soon because of the high shipping price.

There are a couple folks on the AC forum who sell them, I think Rachel (msjinkzd) recently got a shipment of them. Shipping is usually Priority Mail, much less expensive that way. From what I've gathered the micro crabs have requirements similar to CRS or cherry shrimp.
