In Lancaster, Pa. Heading that way on Thursday with my husband as a special *us* trip!
Can't wait! Anyone ever order from them online or gone there in person?

I have ordered from them online - always top notch service. It's only about an hour away from where I live and I've always wanted to go there - let me know how it is!

Will do. I'm hour 1/2 in the other direction from you. Above Harrisburg.

I've always wanted to go there too..I ordered my substrate heater from them trying to save money, didn't realize it was in PA at the time and ended up paying sales tax, canceling the money save, so that's the only reason I don't order from them. Other than that seems like a great place. I'll have to take a trip up there some time this summer, if, lori, it is only an hour away from us like you say.thumbs2:
Didn't realize it was in Lancaster! I go out there on business from time to time.

I order from them a lot. I got all my driftwood from them and their silk plants are awesome. Great variety.

Its pretty cool having a actual big al's store close to my place

OK an update!!!
NICE PLACE! Huge HUGE selection of plants, and salt water fish, and freshies too. I could have spent several hours there but we were on a time crunch.
Picked up algae scraper, timed power strip, frozen brine shrimp and THEN got into the fish room! Wow. Very nice.
It seems they place these black boards over the tanks when they receive internet orders, so when you're walking through you'll see tank, tank, tank, blacked out tank, tank... etc. Obviously so the internet orders can be filled. And they wewre being filled quickly. We did 2 passes through and the same tanks weren't blacked out twice.
upside down cats, dwarf puffers (about a BILLION it seemed), rows and rows of tetras, danios, angels, rasboras, etc - it was very cool.
We picked out 4 loaches to add to the tank - 2 zebra loaches and 2 yo-yo's. I have an entremely difficult time trying to talk himself out of getting a clown loach or two "just to see how big they would get" - < eye roll here >
The salt water room was amazing too. They even had a koi room (and entire pond section) that we didn't visit at all.
Packaging -plastic bag, then paper bag, then plastic bag inside and they filled the fish bag with oxygen from a jet hose, the girl said our close to 2 hour drive wouldn't be a problem at all, the bags could go 8 hours with the added oxygen in them.
Very nice place - can't wait to go back and have more time to putter around! (and more money too)
I'm getting sweaty just thinking about that place. Wow, thanks for the update! I'll have to check it out next time I'm in Lancaster.

I just got one of my tanks from their online store. Even with shipping, $20 cheaper than buying locally. I've always had good luck buying stuff from them.
