Fry FINALLY!!!!

after what seemed like years of waiting, i wake up this morning to finally find some fry in my tank! i dont know which female dropped them (they all seem to be preggo), but i just happened to be walking past and i saw this little black dot darting around the tank running for his life! i also found another one as well hiding behind the fake coral. so far only 2 have been found whichever female dropped them probably started eating them (i think she dropped them last night) but im happy i finnaly succeeded!!!!!!!:hmm3grin2orange:

Sounds like you got there late tho, if you just found 2 .
Should be a lot of them. or should of . lol
And look for the skinny one now, then you ll know which one dropped the babies.

they are all skinny now whatever happened im sure most of them got eaten or they aree hiding really well. i found a third one later that night so chances are good ill catch the next batch!

I think that if you look closely for a while, you should be able to find most of the fries.
Unless your tank its kinda big and you have really nice places for them to hide.
with my 10 G, i was able to find them all.
Try and see if they are eating a lot when you feed them, my livebearers after i caught them eating like 5 fries that scape from the other side, they didnt really eat much, i guess they were full. lol

yeah i looked and i havent found any more than what i found initially. i wished id have found more but im going to be more vigilant becuase this is the first time since having these fish for 4-5 months that ive actually FOUND some fry. they must be quick to eat the fry becuase they should have dropped at least 3 times since i bought them. i hope im feeding them enough i feed them 3 times a day, morning, when i get home from school, and right before i go to bed. they should be well fed, but who knows
