Well we can't really say anything until you give us a bit more information:

1) What size tank are you housing the fish in? Has it been properly cycled?

2) What are the parameters of your tank? Ammonia? Nitrites? Nitrates?

3) How often do you do water changes?

oh my thats only 7 gallons . That is WAY To small for any goldfish . is your tank cycled ? do you have a test kit . i suggest getting a bigger tank Immediately. if it is cycled if its not i suggest rehoming the fish you have left and still get a bigger tank if you want to keep goldfish and read up on cycling before getting more fish . as for the sick fish could be internal parasite or something else is the poop long and white ?

yes its pooh is white and long...the tank is very big it was a display tank at an aquarium..and all other fish seem happier than ever initially two of them were house in a verysmall fish tank...whats the parasite you mentioned another sympton is he spends lots of time faced down looking at bottom of tank with his tail in air in vertical position

While the tank may seem plenty big for a juvenile goldfish there are two problems that you still have to consider:
1) Goldfish are huge waste producers and will quickly foul up that water. You'll be having to perform rather constant water changes to keep the water at okay levels.

2) If the Goldfish grows as it should it will be way too big for that especially considering that you're housing it with other Goldfish.

I think others have already recommended it but, the best options for you are either to rehouse your Goldfish with someone who can provide them with an adequate home. Fishkeeping is a responsibility as you have another creature's life quite literally in your grasp. You could house a Betta really nicely in a 7 gallon tank. Your other option is to buy a larger tank to accommodate all of your Goldfish. I think the general rule people follow is 20g for one Gold and 10g for each extra you have in the tank. This seems a little bit high to me and others. Some say you can go with a 15g for one Gold and 10g thereafter for each extra. Either way a 7 gallon is not going to be good for your fish right now or in the future.

It sounds like a swim bladder issue to me.
