Rock Shrimps or Snails?

Tomorow im going to my lfs to trade in my dwarf gourami for either 2 rock shrimps (Paratya compressa) or 2 what i think are gold mystery snails. They will be going in a 25g long with about 5 live plants, 2 plastic plants, wooden log, etc. The only other fish that willl be with them are 2 5 inch barracudas and one dwarf gouramis. I was wondering wich would have a better chance at living or that is funner to keep. I will most probaby buy the others in a week.

ALso, let me know any thing i should know about either of these, when i looked up the rock shrimp i only found 100s of sites that only had recipes with bothered me a little lol.

I was also wondering about a mix of shrimp, snails, and a small crab. But im guessing the crab would kill them lol. Oh well.

I would go with the shrimp, they're more fun, and the snails might reproduce in your tank.
