View Full Version : Orange zebra babies (Again)

Man these guy just keep gettin it on. This is the third set in about 5 months. 2 survived this time, as it is to hard to get them out, and we didnt realize they were here until we saw them one day. Their about the size of a short pin (.2'' maybe?) and keep to the rocks. Also, is it possible that the oranges cross bred with another species in the tank, powder blues? The first fry, which is about 2'' now, seems to have blue fins, with a pinkish body. We're sure the mother was orange, but it seems to be bluish. Just wondering. I'll try and get pics, but loading them may be hard.

Red zebra males develop blue-hued dorsal fins.

o really? Thats an unexpected pleasant suprise. The more colors, the better right?

mine just had fry too 14 of them the momma acutally has blue tipped pelvic fins and the dad i believe is a ob zebra its the prettiest red zebra i have ever seen
