Nice. That is pretty sweet.
Of course I don't think snails have much of a central nervous system. They survive by mass reproduction, not brains.

That snail lived long enough for me to get the camera cuz Chief won't lower himself to "go after" such a small snack! I have seen snails crawl past him but about 2" away and he doesn't bother, but I knew this one was going to be history!
What does he do? Somehow suck the snail out of the shell? Would be cool to see a video of a snack.

Smaller snails he gobbles right up, some of the larger ones I have found tell tale traces of shells around. His teeth allow him to crunch hard stuff like that up, he makes quick work of crayfish!

Correct, a suvatti puffer....and the coolest fish I have so far! Keeps me on my toes whenever I have to work in my tank because he just stays so still, but when he decides to move it is lightning fast. He is always fed well before I have to stick my hands in his tank:ezpi_wink1:

They get around 5", he is currently almost 4".
