dwarf = stunted. Stunted doesnt necessarily mean unhealthy, just that it wasnt properly taken care of when it was younger.

Yes stunted would mean unhealthy.If it was deprived of proper nutrients or care in the important early stages of its life it will not have its full lifespan or normal vigour.It may not be diseased or sickened at the moment but it is much more likely to get sick due to a lessened constitution.
