About a month ago we lost a baby gold maxima clam due to unexplained reasons. Last night the guy that sold us the maxima gave us a 3 inch Dersa at no charge. Here it is at a few different angles shortly after acclimation

Thank you. I was shocked he gave us one. He posted in the local forum that they got several clams in and said he would give us one as a replacement for the one we lost. He had this one, a small blue maxima and a small gold maxima. I took the dersa because it was bigger and had a better chance for survival, but they were all tank raised ORA. I'm gonna try and get an above pic in just a few minutes

I might eventually move into it as I am sure there is lots to learn in regards to how to set up and maintain a marine tank. I only just started fish keeping so much research would need to be done on my part before I am confident I can start one up. Whats the rest of the tank look like labnjab?
NM... just saw your other journal thread :D
