7 days ago i was cleaning out my 220 and when i went to pick up a shell my 4"+ gold head flew out and bit my finger, there teeth are very sharp! I picked the shell up and dumped it in a cup and there they were, must have been around 100 fry! they were the size of a grain of sand. I have been caring for them for a week and they are finally eating baby brine shrimp. I am down to maybe 20. I tried to photo them but even in a glass bottom tank they dont show up. If they survive i will put photos up in a few weeks.:19:

Calvus fry are extremely sensitive to water changes, and need to eat almost constantly when they're very small. Microworms would probably be helpful, they live quite a lot longer in FW than bbs.

I have MW, it would take you about a week to get a culture up and running

SF brand brine shrimp would work, napuli are very small
