Depending on the species of ghost/glass shrimp, they're likely larvae, not fry, but still, quite a nice find if they survive. =) Make sure your filter's not too strong!

You can even see tails on some! The best thing I can do is to ignore them.

I don't think ghost shrimp larvae have been raised successfully in aquariums more than a few times. Aside from the fact that everything (including ghost shrimp) eats the larvae, most species require salt water to develop.

Depends on the actual species of ghost/glass shrimp. There's quite a few species out there, actually, who aren't very easily distinguished from each other. Most Aquarists just use the general term "Ghost Shrimp" for all of them.
