He is 4" long. I've had him for 7 months. I don't know how old he is though.

I originally got him to be the centerpiece in my community tank, but he is uber aggressive, so I had to sacrifice the 10 gal quarantine tank. I wish I had a bigger tank for him, I feel like the 10 gal is waaaaaaaaay too small for him.

Aye, I've had to do the same with my gold girl. I've personally found the gold three-spots to be the most aggressive. =\
