Thanks! I don't even have a pet store where I live. I had to drive 3 hours to get him! No that you mention that you can only find red and blue where you live I am remembering that when they had bettas at walmart they were always red and blue... I wonder why it is more common to find red and blue bettas??

My bettas red, and purple....I've seen a few other ones at the Pet store my GF works at, but usually red or blue. My betta pushing about 2 years now, I think when he passes (he's a hardy fellow) I'll hope to get a more corlor full one.

The only petstore I can get interesting colored Betta's from is Petco. And even then, I have to go on shipment day!

Thanks again. Ya petco seems to have really pretty bettas! Thats where I got my yellow one. The only place I can find crown tails, deltas, halfmoons, plackets or female bettas is petco. Pet Quarters usually has some pretty colored veil tails....
