go with only one pleco. Plecos get 2 feet long and need a 75g-125g full grown, so if you get one it still needs a bigger tank in a few years.
Else, your plan sounds good
welcome to ac

do you want to stock with fish you can keep for their life or are you happy to find a new home for some of them as they grow ?
if the former, and if by regular pleco you mean common pleco, you need to reconsider. common plecs get that big, as said by cocoa pleco.
If the former, realise that you will have many many many many many many many fry from your livebearers.
if the latter, don't put in three common plecs. consider maybe one bristlenose plec. this will not outgrow your tank and is an absolutely great fish.
if the latter, have a plan for the guppie and platy fry.

I think you are way over stocked. Do some research and find out how big you fish are going to get. If you feel you cant properly take care of all the fish you own you should prob. give those away. Next time before buying find out the tank needs of the adult fish.

welcome to a.c.
ideally, your first thread should be in the "introductions" subforum just to keep you informed.--jeff
Thanks Guys for your replies, I will try to trade 2 of my Plecos with some Neon Tetras at my local pet shop
Good idea. Always research your fish before you buy so that you know what their adult size will be and so you know what their housing requirements are/will be. We have 2 common plecos, both started out so little and cute, now they are beasts. Still cute, but beasts.

honestly take all three back (if they are indeed common plecs) and get a bristlenose, unless you're planning an upgrade. You get all the pleccy benefits with none of the massive size issues. Your tank is no way big enough to keep a common plec in for life.

whats good, is go to google and just hit for example "Info on common plecos"
Then, you can read minimum tank size, PH, temperature, feeding, sexing, breeding, and behavior.

Plus plecos get territorial with their own kind as they get older.
