I saw this......

It looks so tiny, so far I have only seen 1 but I am sure there are more. It looks like it might be what the LFS labeled as a "tangerine shrimp" but is most likely a cross breed. I bought several of these "tangerine shrimp" because they were cool looking and I am not looking to have any pure strains of shrimp, just wanted some and was hoping to get them breeding as they will make tasty live foods for my puffs.
Here is also a pic of one of the crystal reds I purchased.

Congrats! They are soo small too. Hope no one eats them, unless they are destined to be come food. Hey, you could even sell them!

The only video ability I have is thru my camera and haven't played around with it much, sorry.
I was hoping these guys will breed, and over breed. I want first to have a tank full then move on to feeding to the puffs. They are in my snail breeding 10 gal so I don't think I have to worry about anyone eating them in there!

I'm getting more Cherries next week, the babies are so cute. I have one shrimp in my tank as a "Guinea Pig" to see if he would be eaten. He's made it 1 1/2 weeks, so I think it going well. I don't see much of him, so I figure more will increase the chances.

There won't be any puffer feeding until I get enough shrimp to fill the tank. These guys are really cute to watch and I am looking forward to a tank full of them.

Thanks, the snail is kinda cool, I may go get a couple more! Still haven't really been able to ID it, just that it is a trapdoor snail of some species. Would love to be able to breed as they are livebearers and would make nice snacks for my bigger puffer, and since he only hunts down snails when he is really hungry they are also great cleaners and would live in the tank sometimes for weeks before he decided to make a meal out of them.

Nice baby! Cute snail!
I'm thrilled because one of the 3 bamboo shrimp I bought last week finally came out of seclusion and was busy picking up left-over bloodworms from tonight's dinner...
...unless they're mostly out at night? Hmm...

My shrimp are out and about off and on all day, but there aren't any predators in the tank as far as I can tell. I am sure the snail would eat one if it couldn't get away, but the buggers are fast.
The camera I have is the Kodak easy share 740. Not the best camera for fish, it takes loads of shots and yoga angles with my body sometimes, but it is a great "all around" camera. I can take wonderful shots at the girls ballgames, beautiful stills and videos are pretty good. Unfortunately I haven't had much time to work with the videos but so far I love the camera. I also have a good photo editing software which allows alot of shots taken without flash to be brightened up without making them look over done.
