Which brings the total to 10. Went to get 'm from a real shrimp enthousiast who doesn't live too far from me. Paid 1.50 euros each.

She's got 5 aqua40 tanks, a big aqua65 and about a dozen or so small breeding tanks. Really amazing collection. Got a website here. http://www.aandeanderekantvanhetglas.nl/aandeanderekantvanhetglas/Home.html

Soon she'll be on local TV with her collection, will post a link if anyone's interested.

That awesome. Shrimp are my favorite tank creatures. Unfortunately I don't have any tanks that they wouldn't get eaten in right now except for my baby platty tank. But as soon as the platties grow up and move on - in they go!

I wish we could find more shrimp varieties around here. All I ever see are ghosties, the shrimp I have I brought home from PA both times.

Snails are only ever a problem if you overfeed ^_^

I learned that the hard way, however, seems they dont really care too much about that. but their numbers are drastically reduced over the past 2 months of less feeding and sucking them out. I only have the occasional pond snail now.

BTW, wij, thats a pretty cool closeup of moss you got there. (nice save joe. I know, thanks)

Hi, your shrimp looks like a hybrid between a tiger and CRS. I got some that identical to that before I keep them in separate tanks. They're all beautiful in my eyes so enjoy :)
