Living in Perth, I have never even seen snow, let alone a frozen waterfall. Looks like a wonderland. Lovely.

yep, most years for a few weeks there were several falls frozen in the area, I just happen to have the camera out as we passed this one

the frozen section is about 30' tall

We made record lows here for Louisiana. 16F at night.:ssuprised: My pond froze over with a thin layer of ice. I am personally a warm weather person but I like snow maybe once a year. Even though its rare. This was the also the first time Louisiana has had snow two years in a row. Last year was the record for inches. We got 8!
How about that global warming?:hmm3grin2orange:

Nice pic Algenco! Looks like Canada...lol... no boats on the river or lake here though. Just trucks and snowmobiles. :hmm3grin2orange:

the main body of the lake has only froze once and then not over the entire lake.

There is about 1/2 mile of ice in the upper regions of the creeks

I normally fish all winter

Lucky you! My fishing is put on hold until the spring thaw now. I may go icefishing once or twice, but it's never as fun as it should be.

Pretty pic. Have you ever been to Yahoo Falls in McCreary County? It's a nice place for winter pictures.

I've had a lot of stuff going on in my family and just life in general. Just trying to get back on my feet again really. I actually just gave up my tank because I've not really been able to take care of it lately. I miss it already, but I know it's best right now.

I've missed everyone greatly. Although I don't have any fish righ tnow, I want to keep in touch with everyone. I hope all is well with you. :)
