when to turn heater off

my paradise gouramis had babies and the fry is about 1 week old. i would like to know when can i turn off the heater as they are cold water fish ?

The temperature range for a paradise fish is 61-79 farenheit. Maintaining a constant temperature in the aquarium is an important part of keeping your fish healthy. The heater should be left on and set somewhere in that range. It will not come on unless the temperature drops below whatever temperature you have it set at.

I think I would set the temp to 72-74 and just leave it alone. That seems to be about the middle of the road for them.
