They could since it's a 75g tank. One thing to consider though, is GBR prefer warmer temps than bolivians.

Yes I can't see a problem with that as long there are no aggressive fish in the tank.

Its a community tank. Tetras, Rainbow, Cory and Gouramis.

I read somewhere it wasn't good to combine these for interbreeding possibilities.

I've not heard of bolivians and GBR hybridizing. As long as you have enough of each species I would not think this would be an issue anyway.
