I put in a boiled spinach leaf as a treat for my shrimp.
Next morning I found this:

Not much of an issue, a net and they were exit.

That's a good way to keep them in check. Or they vacuum out as well. My Khulis eat any with a round shell, now my problem is malaysian trumpet snails.

Yeah, well, khulis and my beeshrimp probably aren't a good combination.

put them in a zip loc bag and send them to me. my loaches would love them!

Breeding these guys is easy. Get a tank, any tank, get the water at 24degrees c and introduce enough food.

If we lived in the same country I'd gladly send you a few but transit times and american import restrictions on livestock just don't make it feasible.

hey, there is nothing wrong with importing snails... we import everything else here :rolleyes:

Well... I flew to houston in 2000. They had beagles sniffing bags for anything edible. Very nearly got some fruit biscuits impounded.
I've travelled all over europe but the immigration check there was the most inhospitable I've ever encountered.
