It actually looks grey in colour and if i could describe a comparison, looks like what you get on bread when you leave it in the bag for sometime!

grey? algae comes in red, green, and brown forms.
How bad are your nitrates and nitrites?

if you post up some pics of it we'll be able to tell you exactly what it is

2 day of my cycle,
Nitrites are bairly reading
Natrates are Normal.
Ammonia is now above 5ppm ( Just)
So my cycle hasnt started yet I assume.
I tried to ge a pic but as its in the middle of the tank its difficult unless i jump in with a mask!.
It looks like a grey cotten ball

a scuba diving dust bunny maybe? I have no idea. we need a picture
Pretty odd sounding. Sounds like what might happen if you have a decaying piece of organic material in there. With this being a new tank though I don't know. Grab that scuba gear and get in there for a pic!

Here you go, i noticed it on this plant...
Can you see the grey fuzz??
That is a real plant, maybe some kind of decay on the plant?

What are your nitrate readings? (not "normal", give us a number)
It looks like blue-green algae.

It was just easier to get the picture on the real plant than the small patch of the stuff in the middle of the tank.
NitrIte reading yesturday were 5+ PPM
I posted on my other thread (here we go) a picture of that.
The Tank is new, 1 week old.

Just took some readings this morning
NitrItes 10mg/l
Ammonia 10mg/l
(im in the cycling stage adding 60ml of ammonia each night)
I'm waiting for a NitrIte spike but i think as i'm at 10mg/l now that i will back off the ammonia by half tonight.
Thanks alot!

How much light do you have over the tank atm? And how long do you leave it on for?

I have 110w of plant light. the tank is on a timer and light stay on from 7am to 10pm

And how big is the tank? You should set the timer for 10-11 hours max. Any more and you are only feeding algae, since plant photosynthesis slows down and stops after about that long. The blue-green algae was most likely caused by low nitrates and high lighting. A 24 hour blackout should work well. (Cover the tank)
And see if you can take another picture of it. You mentioned it looks like grey moss in the other thread, so it may possibly be another type of algae.

Thanks again,
I removed the leaf and the clump on the gravel whilst trying to take a photo...
Not sure what it was but when it comes back (hopefully not) but should it I'll get some better snaps.
Cheers

That thingy is no problem at all, its a kind of underwater fungus, completely harmless. Normaly you will find it on roots you recently put into your tank.
Its perfect snail food. Put in some hardy snails (like those tiny red I think you call them rams), and they will eat it up in no time.
