white film all over my oscar HELP!!!

my oscar fish have a white film covering them. i have 4 oscar fish everyone is infected but my albino. i did a little bit of research and i am thinking it may be columnaris but not sure....i tried to post my pic but it kept failing :( i know its not ick because it looks more like fuzzy film not salt or sand on them.
my largest oscar has it the worst and i also noticed that the film covers the oscar's black and not orange color? please help!!!!

We need some info first. What size tank are they in and how big are the fish? How long has this tank been set up and is it cycled? Parameters (ammonia, nitrite and nitrate)? How often do you do a waterchange and how much water do you take out during this? Feeding, what are you feeding? IE pellets, flakes, live feeders, other. It could be a fungal or bacterial problem.

Tank size and filtration is a very important thing with Oscars.Water changes are also just as important too.
