How many g's?

Well guys..i just can't a solid answer to this! how many gallons does my pond hold?
Length x Width x Depth : 65" x 37" x 17"

That calculates to about 177 gallons, but if the sides are tapered it would make it less.

It's an irregular shaped pond its like a half circle but uneven sides due to the rock formations

oh that changes everything. You may not be able to determine the volume without draining it and measuring how much water it holds.

Hmm... I would say just take your best guess. My guess would be 100.

calculated it i got 44g's but its not solid >w< 125g? remember that's 1" Gf's!

Right now 4 Juvie gold fish about 2" a small common plec 3" i think and i think its stunted Lol
and 3 zebra danios

Cool stocking.The plec should love it in there.My pond is frozen mostly over with 10" of snow on the ice!Where in the Phillipines are you at?I spent some time there a long time ago.

Specifically at Lanao Del Norte (North Lanao or North of Mindanao), Iligan city it's an indoor pond :) and i think most of the fish were stunted already lol looks like they've grown only a little! they were kept at a 15g (my bro's) for at least 3 months oh and btw, what were the measurements in inches of your 150g pond?

Yeah ,the small tank early on would stunt them for sure.

Idk exactly what the measurments were.I know it was 18" deep almost 6 ft long and just about 30" wide.It had steep sides though.It was marketed as a 150 gal,I never checked it.I now have a 25oo gal.

Additional question! if i were to add 2 more fancy gf's would i be overstocked?

The most usefull number to remember to calculate Gal. is
.0044
If you multiply cubic in. by .0044 it will give you gals.:22:

best way I have found to calculate odd shapes is to break it into smaller measurable shapes and calculate those seperatley, then add them up.

100g+ or smaller? its 17" at its deepest and i think 13" at shallowest its slants 13" deep- 17" deep

Too late >w< my mom just bought me 2 more Goldfish and i think she doesnt want to return them back on a side not my bro got his plec back from the pond so the stocking right now is 6 Fancy Goldfish and 3 danios
