Hey everyone,
I've been reading through a lot of the articles on this site about various types of fish and doing a lot of posting on the forums since I joined the AC. Everything is extremely helpful; the members, the articles, and the forum topics. The only thing I think could be improved is the grammar and spelling in some of the articles on this site. Some of it gets to be a little bit choppy when being read.

Hopefully I don't sound like an English snob here!:l24:

You're not the first one to have said that. It's tough though, since not all of the members have English as a first language. Most definitely, the first thing you can do is to make sure that all of your posts are up to your standard. This will give others a good example to follow. Secondly, have you considered offering your services to some of the mods in the area of editing? It would be possible to read some sarcasm into this post, but rather it is a simple suggestion that might help you be even more constructive and helpful to the forum.

I'm sure no sarcasm was intended and I didn't think you were being sarcastic. I'll take your advice in regards to the moderators. Thanks!

"...the members, the articles, and the forum topics."

(No comma before the word, "and")

Wrong mith, well sort of. I put them before "and." It can go either way.
