why does my pearlscale?

Why is my pearlscale swimming upside down,can this be fixed?If so how? It is bad enough that it has become hard for the fish to eat.

what is your parameters? what is your temp?
your fish has swim bladder, try feeding it a boiled pea, if it doesn't eat that then fast it for a day and try again.

A pea might help if the fish is constipated (as would fasting) and has gas build up in the intestines but if it's truly a swim bladder issue there is very little you can do. Unfortunately, fancy goldfish can have internal deformities leading to this issue. Please do post the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate readings so water quality issues can be ruled out.

I agree with these 2 answers, just feed it some peas and see if anything changes, if not then it could be another problem instead of swim bladder problems.
