Information about digital camera needed

Hello everyone,
I would like to ask you about purchase of digital compact camera...
Hope to be in the right place to post this!:confused:

So...I have seen 4 models, two of them with underwater use and two without. Of course the underwater don't have so good Mp, optical zoom, ISO etc, but the big question is if they will take great photos from inside, such as the others never will...:confused:

The models are:

That being said, I don't know much about cameras, so I can't help you there.

I would like to add that I need the camera mainly to take pictures of my aquarium and secondly of my outdoor life...
