just wondering what im seeing in my tank.

1- on the glass, there are some white anenome tuby things with hairy tips. What are they?

2- there are little tiny bugs crawling inside the tank on the glass? identity?

Sounds like:
1-aiptasia, pics may help. Could be other things.
2-probably isopods or copepods. Can't remember which will crawl around on the glass.

the tubey things are small. I think i'll just scrape them off.

I think i saw one of the bugs in my old saltwater tank before. It looked like a crickety thing. Theyre fast and are all around the glass

1. Not aiptasia. Sounds like feather dusters. Feather dusters are beneficial to the tank. They provide natural protein skimming (don't rely on them to all the work though)
2. Could be many things. You probably have all of the following; amphipods, copepods or mysis - all of which are beneficial and provide food for the tank inhabitants.

they look like dusters, so it probably is feather dusters. Thanks for the help

Do you have any feather dusters in the tank? If not you probably got some in on live rock. That was my second thought, but dusters aren't as likely as aiptasia to randomly appear in a tank from what I have seen.

with 10 lbs live rock, some probably hitched a ride

The white dusters are extremely common. Aiptasia don't really fill the description because they don't have the white stalk.

Even if you add one coral, or one piece of LR, you are bound to get them - no matter how "clean" you think the LR and coral are.

The 'bugs' are copepods. Very good to have. The white things on your glass that look somewhat like an anemone are not featherduster worms (the young worms look exactly like the adults when they settle onto a surface, in other words they will have color and some sort of tube). They could either be hydra or medusa (which are the larvael form of jellyfish). If they are hydra they won't be a real problem as they don't harm larger fish but they can be horrible in a seahorse tank. Medusa won't harm anything and some fish will eat them, but once they develop into tiny free swimming jellies, they will die in your pumps, powerheads, etc...
Either way, not something to be worried about and they're actually something interesting to enjoy as they won't last for long in your tank!!

This of course is just going by your description of what you have in your tank. For a better idea take a look through this site for a postive ID

copepods and feather dusters are mainly what i think i have. its nice to be re-assured i have a healthy tank. The condy is doing GREAT and never hides anymore.

I never knew that jellyfish larvae could randomly spawn. cool.
