pH level for a Gymnothorax tile?

So, a lfs has a gorgeous Gymnothorax tile for sale, I'm thinking about buying it tomorrow, get my 10g recycled for brackish water and picking it up in the next couple of weeks. Any recommendations for a proper pH level?

And the 10g is just temporary, so no worries there.

Brackish and sw usually have about 8.2.

Thanks reptileguy, I assumed it was on the higher end of the scale, but I wasn't sure.
