That's what they look like to me. Without a sharper, clearer photo we won't be able to tell the EXACT type of Rasbora though. There's a few that're very close in appearance to the Harlequin (also the name of my female tabby cat that's half red tabby and half grey tabby.) Harlequin's are a very popular species to keep.
