tiny black bugs

I have a net breeding trap in my tank and ive noticed tiny black bugs just sitting on top...What could they be and will they do any harm??

i don't know. there are plenty of little-black-bug-like things. i had some little black bugs in my turtle tank. they stayed on the glass & ate algae. didnt seem to harm my turtle. then i washed them with fromalin and they're gone now. but seriously. try for a picture thumbs2:
