Does anyone have any information on setting up a RR tank? Were picking up one this tonight or weekend and have no clue how to set it up. It comes with all the plumbing. All we've ever used is HOB overflows. Here's a link to what at comes with. All we're getting is the tank and plumbing http://www.bostonreefers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=89024
Thank you for any help

its not that hard, all you need in the pvc for the return/overflow and attach them to the bulk heads and under the tank you just plumb your return pump to the the return and plumb the overflow to where you want the water to go. IM not sure how you overflow looks like but mine is like elbow with a hole on the top and and on both sides.
I have no idea but I think asking the original owner for help is a great idea. Someone here will be around soon to help you though, I'm sure.

Thank you.
The original owner is 2 hours away, but when I pick it up I'll ask for advice. It has a single corner overflow by the looks of the pics, but when I saw all the plumbing parts it came with I got scared, lol.
Now I need to build a custom stand and buy 200#'s of dry aragonite. I'm going with the plans from this site but might modify slightly to make leveling easy. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1169964 My apartment has quite a slope. I picked up my coralife 125 skimmer today and its much bigger then I thought at over 2 feet tall. Luckily it will fit into the sump I already have but the stands gonna need to be extra tall so I can get it in and clean it.
Sounds like a fun build. I will look forward to seeing pictures of the progress!

We just picked up the tank and it does look simple to plumb in. We got lost in Boston for an hour but we eventually made it, lol. It has almost everything I need except for a few pieces for the return side. I'm planning our building a stand Sunday and getting the sand and another box of salt during the week and will hopefully we make the switch next weekend.
