Looks a lot like a Panaque maccus but the angle of the picture makes a positive ID impossible.

Have a look at it's mouth. If it looks like the following link, it is definitly a Panaque maccus (aka Clown Pleco)

It does look like a clown, But when the bristle nose cat fish he changes color similar to that.

That is almost certainly a clown.Mine looks just like that.

Tetra, there are 133 species in the Ancistrus genus, and there are members of that genus that have a close color pattern to the pictured fish. ;) Coloration is not a reliable way to ID a member of the Loricariid family. A look at the mouth is going to be the fastest way to ID this fish, and likely about the only way you are going to get an accurate online ID.

I was just suggesting that it might /might not be. My bristle nose does it every time i do water large water changes. I hate to see how hes gona act when i try to move him to a bigger tank.

Knee jerk reaction is a clown pleco, I certainly don't think he is an Ancistrus species.
