Your fantails are very dirty fish and require a lot of filtration. Your tank is small, only about 7 gallons. Too many fish in there IMO. You'll need a far larger aquarium for your fantails.

get a better filter. I used to have one of those. Theyre not good. Get a small aquaclear. I had one on my 8g
