Worming

I have a sick platy which i think has worms in her gut. shes been losing a lot of weight and a lost of appetite. She not swimming around too well. her tail is hanging down when she tries to swim. got her in hospital tank at the moment.

Anyway its hard to find worming medication for fish here.. does anyone have a idea of what i could use? eg using a dog worming tablet mixed with food.

Not sure what the worms were,anchor worms possibly!
Sorry about your fish.
I would give the tank a good vacuuming and water change now that the fish is gone.
