One of my Neon Tetras is pointed upwards and has to keep swimming to stay afloat, all my others can just float in one place but this one seems to be struggling to stay afloat, what is the problem?

Sounds like it may have a problem with it's air bladder. Might be terminal. Is it new or have you had it for a while?

I have had it for atleast 2 months and up until now they all seem healthy apart from one who lost an eye.

Do you feed floating foods?

I think that one of my tiger Barbs removed it, it healed nicely and he acts normally now.

Do you feed floating foods?

Yes, but the neons mostly feed on the small sinking pellets that I use.

If it is SBD, then he is getting it from eating foods at the top of the water. Push the flakes in, so they will sink.
