Stunning pics of some great looking fish.

After my recent first attempts at fish photography I'd be interested to hear what equipment, settings and techniques you employ. Do you use flash? If not how does the auto focus work? Fast shutter speed? ISO settings? Macro mode?

Do you shoot in RAW vs JPEG? There's just something different about your photos. They have a 3D effect. I'm thinking it must be the way they are 'processed'.:help:

I shoot in jpeg mostly. My computer just does not have the space or power for the raw files. It is probably the multiple overhead flashes.
