ok, so once again revisited....

i am in debate as to whether or not 90gal or 75gal....

not much of a size difference.....so might just up it to the 90gal..

here is my newly adjusted plan:

1) this is primarily a pleco tank - i will have numerous types

2) misc. community / other fish

so, as for the other fish - i have a new idea, and wanted to know if anyone has experience or has done it....

i want a lot of dwarf puffers! i have read about their territorial and violent nature - but the plecs will be fine as they will all be much larger

how many dwarf puffers could i house in a 90gal safely? i will have plenty of caves, wood, rock formations ---

could i get like 10-20 of them? or is that just wayyyyyy too many....

any dwarf puffer experts out there?

As for size, go as large as you can afford and accomidate, or you will regret it.

I just read about Puffers today. Puffers do not like to group. Some are less agressive then others, but non are peacefull. You can not have more then one puffer per tank. If you do have more then one you will start to see brown rings on the attacked Puffer. If The Brown rings don't bleed then the attacked Puffer. will be ok. If you put a Puffer in the tank you must have Fish 6'' and bigger in the tank when it is placed in the tank. It is best and advisted to only have one Puffer, but If you must have more you should have a Puffer only tank. If you have Dwarf Puffers 30g or more is ok. If you have 6" or more sized Puffers 50g or more is good.
