help identify fish!

Hello, i bought this fish the other day and forget what it is called. It is called peacock something I believe. I admit, i bought it without doing research, but i want to do research now. It is only about 1 inch long, thanks!

it looks like a rainbow. not sure of the exact type though. pic is a little blurred. i will continue to research it futher though

it is rainbow colored. I bought it with a dward gourami, and its fin color looks very similar. But they told me it was a peacock something. But the searched peacock on google and i didn't find anything.. only chiclid and bass!

Well, its not a peacock cichild, or bass, but jeff is right. It is a bosemini (sp?) rainbow.

you guys are right it seems to be a bosemini (sp?) rainbow. The fish store said it will be okay as a single. I read online it should be in schools. Does this matter at all?

If the body has a iridescent blue shimmer when the light hits it it's a dwarf neon rainbow. Bosemini rainbows have a yellow tail with a blue head and no red fins (as it appears the fish in the image does). The body doesn't look red enough to be either a New Guinea or Iranian red rainbow.
