The silver ones are either beacon or red eye tetra. The others could be gold barbs but it's hard to tell from those pics. You can't put a betta in with those tetra. The tetra would rip the fins of the betta to bits.

you have red eye tetras, [silver color], the gold colored fish look like a barb or possibly a rasbors. either way , a total of six fish is about the most your tank [10 gal, 37L] will hold properly. forget the betta, it will suffer in that tank from ripped fins and it will fail to compete for food sucessfully.

If you want to add a betta to your tank you will have to get rid of the others first.A Betta will go well with neon tetras.
The goldbarbs are really nice though.

Hey,

Just to confirm, the Gold fish are Golden Barbs. HTe greenish lines in checker pattern ascertain that.

As for the other fish they absolutely not Red Eye Tetras, but Hemigrammus pulcher. Which IME are mega nippy to anything and everything. More so in very small groups. What I would do is either take the Barbs back, or the Tetras, in increase the school size of the remaining fish, to at least 6 fish. Other than that that would be all I would add.
