how big should an aquarium be for 2 oscar fish

i have 2 oscar fish in a 50 gallon aquarium. one is about 7 inches and the other is about 5 inches big. i want to upgrade my fish tank to a bigger one. i want my oscars to grow to their full potential. what is the recommended size of an aquarium for 2 fully grow oscars in gallons. thanks for the help

A 100 gal minimum will give your oscars a tank they can properly grow out in!

I would go with a 125 gallon.Very roomy for a couple of oscars and it's a very common size too.Check craigslist.

A Rena xp3 and an aqua clear 110 is a great start.You will need another filter down the road to keep up with the fish.

6ft*18" tank minimum for 2 oscars...they need a longer tank to give each one ample territory. Your also gonna need a couple of large efficient canisters to handle their bioload, and dither fish IMO really help keep your oscars aggression down. Some large redhook silver dollars would do a wonderful job at breaking things up.

a 6 foot tank minimum, i would recommend the 150gallon or 180gallon over the 125gal. it gives needed additional space. it also allows for dither fish like silver dollars to really set the tank off nicely!
if you want a gem, the 240 gallon tank is 8 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet i believe. now picture your 2 oscars 18 inch each and say 4-6 silver dollars 6inch each. this is a serious step so , check out your options.
