Gorgeous tank mate!

You have all that space under the tank, why do you need a seperate table on the left for food & stuff? lol

That is pretty funny, that is the piano bench so my wife could get her hands in the tank when I was setting it up. The tank stands about 5ft tall and she is only 5'3"...:hmm3grin2orange:

Thanks for all of your help and kind words. It is greatly appreciated. I know this isn't the right forum but Ifound a breeding pair of dwarf cichlids (cockatoo i think they are called) and was wondering if they could live in my 150 with the convict and jack dempseys? I also was looking at adding a barracuda and an pair of oscars or green terrors. Any thoughts? If the dwarfs would be killed I will put them in my 50 then.

Lovely tank! So nice and big!

However, Oscars really need a lot of room and major overfiltration and water changes...

If you were to get Oscars...you could get two...and some dither fish...but that would be all...

Jack Dempseys are very aggressive...they may work out with an Oscar...or not...you'd have to try it to see if your two fish can cohabit...

Same with Green Terrors...

I'd avoid the barracuda...er, if it's what I'm thinking it is???

The dwarfs would have to go in another tank...the others would kill them...

The convicts might be able to stay...

i would avoid the dither fish, as they would be eaten. If you have your heart set on them though, you could provide a ton of hiding places.

you could do an awesome severum tank too!

Finally Tank A Picture... I laughed at this thread. You are sounding like me already! LOL

No dwarfs in that tank. They are much too small and docile.

Very nice:thumb:,
What are the dimensions of the tank, as you have stated it is quite deep.

Yeah, I did that also. It is wierd because the sticker on the tank states 150 gal. Just like the sticker on my other tank stated 50 gal and it is really 48. Dimensions are 48L x 18H x 13W. Pretty interesting.
