Hi All,

My name is Simon Yee.

I have modest small plastic tank. Keeping about 5 tetras, 1 male barb, 3 female barb, 1 bottom feeder, 2 gourami, 1 male sword tail, and 1 female sword tail
I have a bottom filter, pump, live plants, stones and plastic plants
I also have another smaller tank with mini baby tetras and adults i had tried to transfer the mini baby tetras and adults to the main tank.
Mini tetra got eaten

So far I have had a a few accidents like fish die because of over feed, water problem and had on of barb tail bitten off.

What should I do to improve my tank?

Welcome Simon! How big is your tank? Do you do water changes frequently?

We cannot suggest much for improvement until we know what you have.
Start a thread in the beginner section or wherever you feel is the right one and tell us about your tank.

Hi,

As requested, this is the photo of the fish but alas today I bought two goldfish one of it is swimming erratically may not be alive tomorrow :scry:

I wish I would have gone to a better shop for the fish.

Hello and welcome to the AC! Seems like that small aquarium is good but you seem to have too many fish inside it, i would suggest you read the free ebook so you can make informed desitions about what is what you should do to improve your situation, overal is is a simple yet working aquarium but you may need another one just to balance stocking.
