I'm not sure how the parrot and Angels will get along. If I remember right my local guy told me that was a bad bad mix. I could be wrong though... I'd wait for someone to confirm that part.
Also don't add these guys all at once. I made that mistake in my 80 and damn neer killed all my fish. My water levels went all over with the huge bio load increase. Wait at least 2 weeks between adds and I honestly wouldn't add more then 6-8 fish at a shot.
Also you'll want to put the Angels in last. You might get some aggresion as the Angels pick their spot but it will be a lot less them having the tank to them selves and forcing roommates on them. And move a few things in the tank when you add them. This will kind of force everyone to relocate some and give the Angels a change to grab a spot they want.
Last, try to get Angels that are already in a large group and kind of young. IME this has them use to a group setting and mellows them out a bit. Angels I gotten from a tank with only 1 or 2 others in it and seemed a lot more aggressive.
When my 80 was a community tank I had 4 Angels, 6 guppys, 8 zebra danios, 8 mollys, 12 rummys, 20 neons and 2 bristle nose. I did 30-40% water changes once a week and never had any problems.

The fish will all fit fine. The only question is how the angels and parrots get a long. If the guppys are small the angels may eat a few as well.

Angels and parrots are both S American so may do OK. I would worry more about the parrot than the angels tho since the parrot can not fight back. He can't close his mouth. I would find something other than guppies, too.
I think I would go with two parrots, two angels and the rummynose. Parrots need friends too. (Quite honestly, I would get 4 parrots and omit the angels.)

I'd be worried about the parrot and the small guys in general too-they can get pretty big, I've seen them get to a size they could snack on a small guppy or tetra. Don't know if that's a specific species or something, but something to watch out for. They also seem like a fish that does better in groups, the custodians at one of the schools I work at actually have a ~65 with a bunch of them and they always seem like they shoal together.

Well she is forgeting the angelsxD She loves the parrots went and saw some today. She thinks they look cartoonish. What kind of fish schools should go in. Was thinking like 10 corydoras... But no idea what kind of other fish. She wants somthing brighfull and somthing hardy but also maybe somthing that would breed so there could be some babys.

I wouldn't get anything too small, I'd be afraid they'd be parrot food. Zebras are probably zippy enough that the parrots wouldn't bother them. Live bearers for babies, Mollies or Platys maybe?

My parrots have been with about everything and haven't eaten nothing yet. I would use common sense, tho. Corys are fine with them, all kinds of tetra's, rasbora, platies..........you name it.

I would worry more about the angel eating the guppies.
The guppies I would avoid in that mix.
