Thanks to all who contributed I have been able to buy a piece of land for the girl. (deed not signed yet but all should be ok. Should be able to sign soon)

The piece of land is small but beautifully located and in the area where she wants to live. It has an 180 degree ocean view. Will start building a simple house as soon as possible.

Pic 1: The lot
Pic 2: view to one side. it doesn't show well in the picture but you see the ocean before it joins with the horizon. It is about 1 km / 0,7 mile to to beach.

Oh man.. how expensive is land there? how good is the fishing?

The fishing is very very good.

Property prices from around 1 usd m2 (0.1 USD ft2). Beachfront more expensive. Expect atleast 25 k allthough there are beachfront to be found cheaper than that as well. New road has just been built here so expect prices to rise.

I can add that the house hopefully will be built in a couple of weeks.

Donations made will still go to this but no donations has been made in the last 7 days.

Work is on the way to create the business. Want to get the house up first so she has somewhere to store the goods.

That really doesn't matter. What's most important is that she is getting a new start on her life, thanks to YOU, William, and everyone here who contributed.

This is just awesome to see what a big difference a bit of money can do for someone's life in a positive way! Fantastic that you started the campaign and that there are a lot of generous folks on here! Heartwarming!
