Hey i have a 3.5 inch Royal Pleco and up until now he has been fine eating driftwood and an occasional algae wafer(although he doesnt eat much of it). But now i want to give him a better diet, such as some fresh veggies and fruits and stuff. Any suggestions on some veggies/fruits to feed him? And how would i prepare them? Thanks for your reply. :ssmile:

Wash thoroughly to remove any pesticides or other crap, and if necessary rubber band the veggies to a rock. I use stainless steel skewers for zucchini or yam slices, canned green beans sink on their own.

Agreed. I stick a butter knife in a chunk of zucchini or cantaloupe and they feaast. No prep involved, just skin it.
